Introduction
Hello, my name is Dianna Glenn. The 2020-2021 school year will be my 3rd year teaching at Belle Chasse High School. I currently teach Food and Nutrition and Introduction to Health Occupations. I was born and raised in Belle Chasse and am a proud Belle Chasse High School Class of 1999 alum. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from the University of Holy Cross College in 2007.
Upon graduating college I worked as a respiratory therapist in the hospital and sleep lab setting. While working in the sleep lab setting I performed various respiratory duties, and managed medical billing. After working as a respiratory therapist for 8 years I decided to substitute teach. I enjoyed teaching and working with students so much I decided to move from being a part-time substitute teacher to a full time teacher. I enjoy using my experience and knowledge as a respiratory therapist to help students decide if a career in health care may be a part of their post graduate plan.
