Introduction

My name is Shilo Shoemake.  I've been a Speech-Language Pathologist in the public school system for 23 years, with the last 14 as a Cardinal at Belle Chasse High School. I'm a born and raised Westbank girl who graduated from Archbishop Blenk High school, Louisiana State University and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Geaux Tigers!!  I'm passionate about helping all students, especially those with special needs or those who learn non-traditionally. I believe good communication and social skills are one of the most important skills we can give our students in order to be successful.
